keratoconus treatment

Is there any permanent cure for keratoconus homeopathy worked partially I took myself doctor said nocure I took following remedies
Gelsemium 200
Nux vomica 30
Only my curvature reduced from 58 D to 56 D eye doctor said only vision improved slightly but it now stopped improving what should I do change remedy or continue same I tried homeopathy myself based on ayurveda concept modern medicine as no idea about it as per Ayurveda its vata rakta though Ayurveda not worked but homeopathy improved only this much and asked homeopathy doctor he commented badly about my approach please help I know definitely there is cure for keratoconus in my place homeopathy doctor not care and allopathy call Ayurveda or homeopathy as waste they not agree report they said may be machine error

Sulphur. Merc Sol, Phosphorus may help. Do the proper homework for these remedies and include them in your treatment plan.
