Oh shoot, I already started the Nystatin and it's been 5 days I'm on it, and today was the last dose left of Prednisone.
Should I stop with nystatin? It's supposed to get rid off too much yeast I have that causes my gut imbalance that then causes my eczema. Should I quit? Or may I take the remedy at the same time? I haven't received it yet though...

Dear Sameer,
I'm off the Nystatin and saw no real improvements in my skin at all.
Have been on a no-sugar+no-carb diet since 6 days (actually 3 of them I water-fasted). My bloating has lessened but my loose stools haven't.
What I need to update you on is that I went in for a colon cleanse (hydrotherapy). The lady gave me few "salts" in water for me to drink, of which she said were baking soda and epsom salt after which we did the colon cleanse.
That eve I broke out in the worst flare up so far. I just found out that this lady also added homeopathic remedies to my water I drank before the cleanse. It contained the following:
Niccolum Metallicum
Beberis Vulgaris
Natrium Muraticum
Cimicifuga
Cocculus
Cypripedium
Ignatia
Lilium tigrinum
Passiflora incarnata
Platinum metallicum
Valeriana
Zincum valerianicum
I don't know much about Homeopathy but I do know that I'm not supposed to take more than 1 remedy at the time and give it its time to work. Knowing how sensitive I am to remedies my flare up is probably due to this mix they gave me.
Ever since my existing dyshidrosis flared, but now also have an unexplainable rash (looks like eczema round patches or psoriasis) all over my chest, abdomen, back and legs. Plus another type of rash which is extremely itchy on the back of my hands.
I never had any rashes in any of these places until I did that colon cleanse and had those remedies. Beside the fact that I'm furious at them giving me these without telling me the whole truth what's in the water, I now feel even more desperate to find a cure for my itch-nightmare. I really want to get out of this, I'm almost losing it.....

Let's go to Ran-b 30c single dose.
Dissolve 2 pellets in 250 ml spring water, stir and take a spoon from there.
Report in 5 days.

Hello again,
It's been over a week I took the dose.
There are definitely less newly formed blisters on my palms, and the red dry rash on my inner lower arms is much less as well. The rash on my abdomen is less visible but still feels dry. Although my feet and mostly my toes are now covered in pompholyx as well. If I eat dairy, grains or sugar it flares, but the flares are less severe as a while ago.
I do think this remedy is the cause of the improvement.
Emotionally I can't say I noticed much difference, perhaps a bit less suicidal and less stressed...
I still have a lot of hairloss ( don't think I ever mentioned that though) and all of my nails are deformed now.
I hope this is enough info.

Please hit the 30c solution (250 ml one that you made) 6 times and take another spoon from there ONCE.
In the meanwhile, please procure 200c of this remedy.
Good luck !
PS: If you don't have the old solution, you can make a fresh one in a new bottle, and hit the base of it 6 times hard on the palm of your hand.

Great ! Please avoid vinegar and wine while being on this remedy. Those things interact negatively with Ran-b

Hello again,
I've taken the dose and it's been 9 days.
There is quite an improvement. I do use a tiny amount of Clobetasol in the vaseline I rub on my hands only, once daily. That does also help calm down/get rid of pompholyx on my palms. I'm not ready to totally stop the Clobetasol as having one of those flares like what happened before scares me so much.
I do get some flaring pompholyx on the lower half of my palms and on my left index and pink (those never healed ever). Those flared areas still itch but not as severely as before. I'm able to stop the scratching though versus the compulsive scratching a week ago. Same goes for the dry eczema spread over my lower inner arms. My arms are not red anymore at all unless I have a bite of chocolate and then it turns red within the hour. My dry eczema over my whole body doesn't really itch anymore either but the eczema patches are super dry like sandpaper and do not have pigment like the rest of my body. I'm rather tanned.
The eczema on my abdomen has gone away totally.
My feet, toes mostly, do still have flaking skin and sometimes cracks, but they don't itch anymore probably because there haven't been any new pompholyx there.
Emotionally I found I don't explode as quickly as before and once I do (such as yelling at my toddler when she is scratching herself which is painful to watch...) I come by from it rather quickly and calm down.
Also, since I'm spending the month at my very toxic and narcissistic mother, I found that her behavior doesn't affect me the same way anymore. Definitely still unpleasant but I don't feel hurt by it because somehow I feel I don't have anything to do with her flaws. This is all new to me, this sense of a strong confidence inside of me, that I'm ok by myself, I don't need anyone's approval etc.
I hope this list of information isn't too long for this purpose.

I believe we have certainly found the perfect remedy for you :) and am confident of a full cure for you, with time.
Please consider eliminating Clobetasol completely.

Hello dear Sameer,
Just a quick question, is it true that a homeopathic remedy's effect may wear off?
My pompholyx and dry red eczema is returning a bit more aggressively now, and wondering if it's because I only took a low dose and that was a while ago. Diet is still exactly the same. Perhaps homeopathy doesn't work like that, in which case I apologize for my silly question.

Yes, a dose can wear off. But eventually, they will stop wearing off as we go to higher potencies. Do you have the 30c solution bottle with you? (The one from which you took the last dose)
