TMJ with headache, neck pain and back pain

I am having (TMJ) jaw pain with headache, tingling in head, neck pain, back pain. I was being diagnosed with TMJ 3 months back, however I am having headaches, neck pain for last 5 months.
I also experience throat pain sometimes during this period with throat swelling as well.
In addition to this, I am having some kind of pain/muscular knot in my upper abdomen area (last rib). sometimes my stomach gets puffed up in right upper side (feels like bloated).
I was also being diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency for which I am taking supplements.

Please suggest as it has significantly improved my day to day life.
