Dr Kulkarni good morning, i didnt have this pain in the right shoulder before, only i would feel both shoulder kinds of tired. The movement is not limited at all yet, only the pain is there at the end of the movement. I will do the ultra sound, sometimes doctors are imagining. The pain is steady, not increasing. For turbeculosis not at all, since i live in Europe, anyway never heard anything. I will send f/b after the u/s. Thank you for the great success in my back

Dr Kulkarni the u/s showed:
Subtle thickening of the subraspinatus tendon with little calcification of a small area.
Mild subacromial impingement of subraspinatus during the lifting of the upper arm.
There is a mild chronic tendinopathy
All the rest are ok, no rupture, no liquid etc. As i mentioned the pain is steady and when lifting the arm 45o to the sides, sometimes is cracking too. The back continues to be ok, this is the 5th week. I am not thirstless anymore, i drink a lot of water steadily now.

I expected U/s of pelvis for your cysts. u/s is not choice of diagnostics for muscles.
However, that leads me nowhere about your clinical condition.

Dr Kulkarni, for the cysts you told me . I only took Calcarea phos 200 for my back on 5/11. If you think i must do u/s for the cysts i will do it. For the shoulder tendonitis the doctors said that soft tissue u/s showed all muscles and tendon (all bicepts, deltoid were ok).
Please let me know what to do. I am grateful again for my back

The results from u/s are aproximately the same as 2 months ago. One 2,25 and the other 2, containing only water.

The reports are not same as previous. The changes are positive though very little and are not insignificant at this stage.
Could you please be more precise about which side cyst is reduced in size from 2.2 to 2.0?

Actually it is one cyst with two units as the doctor say, and one reduced a bit & the other increased a bit. The doctor says it is normal to increase or decrease a bit, but we cant differentiate one or another as it is one cyst with two rooms...

Just an addition, after looking at the u/s: previous image were left and right the same, this time they look upper (previous left) smaller, down (previous right) bigger. So it is the upper or left one that got smaller.
If it is important to mention that a week ago i had a cold-flew attack with low fever and right nostril running, right eye running, right throat aching. It was strange because the left side was perfectly ok and the right side was collapsing. I thought to take a lycopodium but i was afraid to spoil our treatment so i fought it naturally (turmeric, kalonji, vit c, propolis). Finally i got over it and i am fine, but i mention it because my right shoulder problem can be something relative to right side complaints.

Haven't you read the instructions with prescriptions or forgot them or didn't think they are important?
Please read them again.
I have clearly mentioned there can be some problems but not to take any other medicines for any problem.
Of course, I appreciate that you have refrained from taking any medication else, you would spoiled your case. I hope the propolis was not in medicinal form.
Had you mentioned about your cold & throat earlier I wouldn't have got puzzled about the assessment of progress.
Well, please refrain from doing anything against my instructions because I lose interest in treating people violating them. I do my honest efforts for every case and I have to invest my time (which is difficult) for cases.
However, at this stage I feel progress is favourable. So, keep patience and keep updating.

Thank you doctor. I thought that natural resources were ok (it was pure propolis, not medicine), but i realize now what you mean, not to interfere with anything that comes out of the system. I deeply appreciate your precious time spent in helping us, and in my case with my back issues you have given me back my life...

Yesterday at night a pain appeared at the back side of the upper leg, at the thigh where i usually ache (right leg). It started from the back and then reflected towards the sides of the thigh. Today i was ok during the day, but at the evening the pain started from the right ankle and then reflected to the whole right leg, including the specific area at the back of the thigh. The whole right leg is tingling and aching. I hope it is part of the process, i will update tomorrow, thank you

As i mentioned yesterday (previous post) both legs are aching (back side of thighs) and my back is tired and aching. The weather here is extremely cold and full of moisture 85%. I think it is the cause plus the fact that i went out lightly dressed and shivering. Please advise, thank you very much

Take one more dose of Calc-phos. Only single dose.

Its been one week since i took calc phos 200. There is slow, gradual improvement 50% for the back. On the 2nd and 3rd day a mild pain appeared right wnere the liver is, it was continuous but it disappeared on the 4rth day. The right shoulder is slowly increasing the pain for the last month, now it aches in almost all movements and not only at the extension to the sides. The pain is worse now and if thats ok i will start PT on January. Thank you very much and happy new year.

I am not pleased with your shoulder issue. It's unwanted occurance. Also, the need for repetitions of doses.
Presently, I am on move. Give me couple of days. I will review and afvise.

Thank you doctor. Its 5 days now since i took it, unfortunately it doesnt work at all. The shoulder is very bad, it aches during motion after motion and i lost 10% from the motion. It gives sudden pain like thunder. I started PT today and see. Thank you very much

Dr Kulkarni, in addition to my previous point, the following observations are made after taking Nux Vomica (6th day):
Back: since the first day, very heavy and tired back and legs
Shoulder: gets worse and worse rapidly, aggr.by raising, lifting the arm (movement), amel.by sleep, rest. The ROM is constricted 15%. It aches most of the time now, especially after movement, sometimes it is sudden tearing pain.
Menopause syndrom (or at least i think it is): almost every night hot flashes and insomnia. Either i wake up at 3 am and stay awake, or i dont sleep at all, hot flashes, sweating, over thinking/worrying. Please advise

It looks like Nux Vom doesn't suit you.
Please take one dose of CALCAREA-ARSENICUM 30C single dose and update after 1 week.

Dr Kulkarni since i was in emergency (for my shoulder) i took causticum 200 with great relief 50% right from the beginning and i will go to a homeopath in person.
