When a remedy stops working...

My 3 year old had been doing very well on staphysagria 200c, but now it seems not to be working for him. Does that usually mean he would need the next higher potency, 1M? The last dose of 200c seemed to aggravate him. His symptoms do seem to still be the same ones that staphysagria helped.

Ok thanks. In the past with myself and my older son we both had remedies stop working even though we tried the higher potency. Hopefully that won't be the case with this one.
