Am I to add 3 balls to water every dose?

For the wet dose of arnica I put 3 balls of arnica in 400 ml of Evian water and shook the bottle. Am I to add 3 arnica balls each time I take s capful of the water?

Also, Why can't I just take 3 balls of arnica not in water? It seems like that would be more effective??

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
No. 3 to 4 balls need to be mixed only once. Take a capful of that water as directed. Don't add any more balls to the liquid in the cap.

Homeo medicines work best when given in water like suggested above. It is called a split dose.

If you take dry pellets frequently, there is a chance of aggravation. The split dose will work smoothly, without the fear of aggravations.
