I would also keep a pack of saltines, a piece of bread or something by your bed, so when you wake up in the morning, eat it and lie in bed for a few minutes longer. This absorbs acid in your stomach before you have a chance to move around and make yourself sick. (It helped me anyway.) Maybe it will you to.
