non-stop nausea in pregnancy

Hi,

I am about 6 weeks pregnant, and the nausea has come on with a vengeance! I have nausea morning to night, with hardly any relief from it. It is typically the worse from midday until about 9pm. Eating anything sounds terrible, but I know that I typically feel worse when I don't have anything in my stomach, so I have been forcing myself to eat. Most meat sounds bad - especially beef and pork. I have been able to eat some quail eggs for protein though. No food is really appealing, but fruit (especially sour fruits like citrus, green apples and raspberries) have been something that I can eat. Any heavy foods seem to sit in the pit of my stomach and make things worse. I have not thrown up at all, but feel constantly super nauseous. I feel better lying down.

I have been very constipated with this pregnancy as well (which I am generally prone to). I have been able to help this a little bit with the aid of Collinsonia Root and some fiber, but I still am not getting out what I think I should.

Lastly, I have had a lot of difficulties breathing. I know I have a hard time in hot and humid settings. I often feel like I am suffocating in the house or the car if I don't have fresh air blowing on me. I am also able to get much deeper breaths if I am laying down. For some reason it is very difficult for me to sit up and breathe. I have had this before pregnancy to a degree, but it has gotten much worse in the past couple weeks since I've been pregnant.

My main concern right now is alleviating the 24-7 nausea that I have. I have 2 other young children, and it's been hard to take care of them when I can barely get up or get them food (just the thought of food right now is difficult, let alone trying to make them something!) Thank you for your help!

Please take only one dose of Ipecac 30C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water.

Report progress tomorrow.

Many prayers for your good health.

Thank you nawazkhan, I wasn't able to get the liquid form of Ipecac 30c, but I did find it in pellet form, and I took 5, which was the recommended dose. I took that one dose yesterday morning.

I still had nausea throughout the day, but it didn't seem to be as severe. I found myself able to do things throughout my day that I haven't done for the past week (which included actually making dinner for my family!)

I still don't feel like eating much myself because of the nausea, but it has lessened. Should I continue to wait or take another dose?

Thank you!

So, the nausea is definitely back full-fledged. I have felt very sick since late morning. I felt a little better while eating, but the nausea was right there again after I finished eating. I haven't had a bowel movement in a couple days also.

1. Age - 32 yrs.
2. Female
3. Married
4. weight - 131 lbs
5. Height - 5'3"
6. country - U.S.A.
7. climate - cold winters/mild summers/ somewhat humid, but not terrible
8. List of your complaints - continual nausea in early pregnancy; shortness of breath (feeling at times like I'm almost suffocating - I need fresh air blowing on me at these times); constipation

9. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint - I am prone to the constipation and breathing troubles, and have had them for a couple years, but it has gotten significantly worse (with the addition of intense nausea) in the past 1 1/2 weeks since I found out I am pregnant.

10. non-Diabetic
11. Desire sweets/sour/salt - Nothing really sounds good right now, but I have had some cravings for very sour fruits and some for dairy
12. Thirst - I have a somewhat normal thirst, but water doesn't settle in my stomach well (didn't even before the pregnancy), so I have to drink apart from food.
13. Tongue and Taste - light white coating
14. Current Blood Pressure (without medicine and with medicine) - I don't know, but I tend to have a low blood pressure (~95/60)

15. One situation that had a
big effect on you? I had a miscarriage last fall (Sept. 2015), which took a toll on my health.

16. Important Question.
Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past? Chaste Tree, Digestive enzymes; I use cell salts for acute infections (Ferr phos) or allergies (Nat Mur).

17. Educational Qualifications of the patient - I have a 4-yr college degree; but no official health-related training

18. Nature of work, what do you do for living? - Homemaker (wife with 2 kids, & one on the way)

19. Important Question.
Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry,
impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not, you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections. - I am overall a fairly relaxed person, but I have been much more anxious since getting pregnant. I am not typically irritable, however, I've been overly stimulated lately by lights and sounds - when I get overstimulated in this way I am much quicker to get upset and yell. I do not like public speaking - I am fairly good at it, but it brings me a lot of anxiety leading up to it. I have a lot of love and concern for those around me - my husband, kids, and friends. I am typically a good listener. I am a very poor decision maker. I often am torn between doing things that I want (or think are best) and what others want me to do.

20. Color of the secretions/discharges - I have had a good amount of clear nasal mucus (which I think are likely from seasonal allergies); my saliva is clear, sometimes with white froth

For Females Only
21. When is the period during the month approx. date?
Any monthly cycle issues? Regular, early, late, before problems, after problems,
pain, any other discharges? - I was having short cycles prior to getting pregnant (about 23-24 days); however, my luteal phase seemed to be long enough - I was just ovulating around days 9 or 10. I would also have some spotting the week prior to getting my period. I had been taking Chaste Tree for this reason.

22. Are you pregnant? If yes, please give pregnancy start date? Any current issues? - I am about 6 weeks pregnant. The day when I believe I conceived was Mar 27th, 2016.
