Endometrial Hyperplasia

I had a miscarriage 2 months ago without D & C procedure. Less than 2 weeks after the miscarriage I noticed a lump in my abdomen, so a week later I had a sonogram. Another sonogram was done last week to check if there was any change (if the uterus and the lump shrank). It still showed enlarged uterus and the lump was either a fibroid or endometrial hyperplasia. I do not want to have CT scan, I do not have pain in the abdomen nor bleeding. My menstru al cycle resumed 25 or 26days after the miscarriage. What are the homeopathic remedies for simple endomet rialhyperplasia? Thank you very much for your help!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Aurum muriaticum natronatum 30 in evening for 15 days and see how that affects over a month.

One dose means 2 pills or drops.
