Low Platelet Count & High Bilirubin

Hello Doctor, I m 36 Yrs & weight 75 KG. Recently i have check my complete blood test where only some problem in liver profile. I showing only highlighted area in report. 1. abandonment ultrasound = Mild Fatty Liver. 2. Hematology= Platelet count 89000,RBC count 5.66 Mill. Bilirubin 2.0 mg (Direct 0.8 + Indirect 1.2), SGPT 41. [HBsAg & HCV Non Reactive ] Kindly suggest.

pl have chelidoneum maj q 10 drops in 2 table spoon water as one dose after 30 min of each meal.stop all fatty fried and spicy food along with fast food.pl have papitta fruits during lunch and breakfast.pl drink fresh sugarcane juice .pl have one glass of water every two hours.

Sir, till now i am using the remedies as per your direction. Presently i am feeling mild burning at right lower side of my abdomen. Kindly suggest.

Pl reduce doses from three to two in both the cars and ultimately if reports are better pl stop the meds.
