Masturbation Habit

Hi I am Arun. I am 18 year old. From last 3 to 4 years I have this habit of masturbation almost daily. From last year I am trying to quit it. But cant. I am very weak and thin my weight is only 50 kg. Please help me to quit this habit. From last month I am taking Avena Sativa Q ( 2 times daily 5 drops). Please help. I really want to quit this habit.

Height 168cm
Weigjt 50 kg

And my wrist are very thin.
