Sudden muscle weakness

I have been using quite a few different things from ginger, turmeric, milk thistle, to help with dizziness, restless legs, tinnitus, insomnia, and other things.

After I took one drop of Insomnia HP which includes "Coffea cruda 30x, Arsenicum album 30x, Nux vomica 30x, Kali carbonicum 30x, Magnesia carbonica 30x, Sepia succus 30x, Valeriana officinalis 30x, Passiflora incarnata 30x, Avena sativa 30x" I developed a weakness in the right arm.

I tried inhaling some Vicks but that didn't do anything. Would a combo remedy do something like that?

The muscle weakness if it is due to the remedy should correct on it's own if you stop taking the remedy. The remedy won't do any permanent harm.
