Nawaz ji. In the middle of so many health issues I didn't want to bring this up as it would become difficult for you also to prescribe and understand things. From past 3 days I haven't been able to sleep at all because of constant pain in the upper abdomen in th middle of the rib cage bottom.
We went out to eat 3 days ago and I got pain after that dinner. Then it went away fr sometime but came back next day. I also read that the provera I am taking could possibly cause this. I am also super nauseous. The Side effects of provera lists both symptoms. . Now it's 3 day and I am unable bear this Crazy pain and so thought of telling you. Basically I am developing too much gas and then my motions are semi solid and smelly which isn't usual.
You gave me carbo veg 30 course before for similar issues.
I am also noticing the pain increasing after I eat. I am mostly eating yoghurt rice with some salt.
Just too tired of not feeling normal.

I had the first dose of CV 30 as soon as u messaged. Still havent found any relief.
since last evening the pain is intermittent for 10 min and then 10 min of no pain and again 10 min pain. It also seems to shift some times to a point near the right side of the stomach for a brief amount of time. It again came back to center of upper stomach. (All these things happened at night )

From the meds you asked if I have at home, I have aconite nap 30. Other two unfortunately I don't .

This pain is getting quite unbearable.

Sorry I gave wrong info earlier. I must have checked the medicines in a fog In the morning so didn't find things. Now my husband searched and found
Chamomile 200
Aconite nAp 200
Colocynth 200

Only thing missing is the coffea 200. Will arrange that in couple of days.

Since I was so restless, my husband made me a solution of tissue salts early morning with Kali mur6x, mag phos 6x, nat mur6x. (Hope it's ok to take tissue salts in such emergency ?) don't self medicate other than tissue salts or Advil. Some how sipping every half hr since 7 am helped. Since I was up all night I slept from 10 to 2 pm in afternoon as I was feeling also better. The pain has reduced a lot.

I, actually, after four days of constant pain did not get the pain since morning after having tissue salts. Then 3 pm I took colocynth 200. Since then also I haven't had any pain.
I haven't had motion since yesterday. Very constipated. Tongue has a coating which wasn't going which tongue cleaner also. It's not crazy thick though. I can feel it all the time.

I shall update again by morning if the pain comes back.

Current symptoms
Pain hasn't come back since yesterday.
There is discomfort still in upper stomach. Feels tight and tense. Sometimes feels like a dull ache. But goes away.

Still gassy.

Tongue has heavier coating than yesterday. It's white in color. The coating is more towards the inner and upper side of the tongue and less on the outer side and towards the front.

I didn't have bowel moment in last two days. Yet to see today.

Had lot of back pain and body aches last night. Now feel tad better after sleeping (slept only from 3am to 7:00am). It's seemed also the kind of back pain/aches due to PMS. Also the constipation is normal during PMS for me.

Skin is breaking out more (acne)
The vaginal discharge is very thick and yellowish white. Not too much though.

I still have a little bit cold left from the flu I had got. Just the very occasional cough. The constant need to clear throat.

I am not sure, but I had an observation. Around the time I had the stomach pain, which resembled s lot like the gluten allergy pain I used to get, is when I bought this box of chocolates called almond rocha. Now, I generally used to love almonds, but in an allergy test (phew!) the doctor told me I was highly allergic to almonds. Since then I still have them but very occasionally as I personally never felt discomfort to have it. However, I was eating these chocolates all this time now and then. Could be that so much almond triggered it. Guessing. As it felt more allergic.

Question
I can get coffea from local store but only 30 potency. If I order online it will take time and we will go out of town dec 26 so might miss shipment. Should I get coffea 30? Since you lived in Phoenix,can you suggest a homeo Med store ?

Sir no smell for vaginal discharge. I usually get discharge before menses. Not sure if this is like taht. No itching or discomfort.

Do you know any homeo stores here in Phoenix ?

I wanted to also say taht I am feeling very weak and mostly sleeping. Sweating in cold weather with little store visits. May be the provera makes people weak. Have no clue.

Also wanted to say since last 3 days I had no motions and not yet today. This is making me feel v sick. These are typically my PMS symptoms.

About the vaginal discharge I wanted to ask taht isn't it normal to get a little discharge before menses. I am always confused as I read that a little discharge is a natural process of cleansing?

Sorry to bother again. I am feeling intense pain again at the same place where I was having till 2 days back i.e. The upper stomach mostly between the ribs. Stomach super bloated.
I had the alumina 200 today around 7:30pm. Then what happened is, we usually take dinner by 9,9:30 pm. But today it got delayed by 1 hour and so I got so gassy and the pain started so bad. I also need to mention that I do keep having some buiscuits (marrie) with tea in evening and I am gluten intolerant. I wasn't so sensitive to Indian gluten. Though I do not take rotis, bread etc. etc. anyway, today and yesterday I had biscuits. I wouldn't have problem having them before though.
I just wanted to let you know. So you can know if it's aluminas effect or something else. Honestly I am loosing patience. I am in so much pain. Some sort of anxiety came with the pain.
Also my discharge seems to have gotten thicker and whiter. V less. No smell.

I wanted to update that I did have bowel moment twice today and first it was v constipated and next it was sticky partially light. This is pretty much how it has been happening last 15 -days. Constipation and then sticky stools.

When I wrote the post above then I was in severe pain. Then I had to take Advil to cope up. The pain went away for 3,4 hours till about 1 am. Then it came back with same intensity again. Since I had already taken alumina 200 and the carbo veg 30 you said I wasn't sure what to do.
Again like last time to help me sleep my husband made the tissue salt mixture in water with KM, NP, MP, NM. Slowly I got relief with taht. This was about 3:30 am. Since then the pain is almost gone. But I feel lot of tightness still. But lot better. I feel my motions need to clear.

Sir did I offend you in some way ?

I am sorry if you felt taht we took things in our hands inspite of taking meds from you. I was suffering crazily in pain and since I told you before also taht sometimes I take some basic tissue salts in need like Kali mur or mag phos that's the least my husband thought would help me.
I fully will understand if you did not like this.

I really hope you don't discontinue my treatment as I totally trust you and my husband is also very thankful to you for taking up my case. We are forever grateful and if our actions have hurt you, that wasn't our intention at all. We need you and fully have faith and you and God that you will help with my cyst and other issues.

In future I shall not take even tissue salt on my own. Pls guide me further.

Nawazji, I am blessed with definetly the best husband. He grew up in a family of homeopaths and was never treated with harsh antibiotics etc. just opposite in my house where we given antibiotics even for a sneeze by doctors there. Now even my doctor here says that most Indians are immuned to the antibiotics in need.
I am lucky I got introduced to homeo after marriage. My hubbys granny, a homeopath, used to give meds to me before but now she is super ill

Anyway, haha I am so glad. Now I can dance for Christmas. 😝

I am leaving for a weeks vacation tomorrow. As you know I am still not feeling my best. The pain in the upper stomach is not there right now, but it came few hours back for some time. I am just developing too much gas and if I don't keep eating something every few hours I am getting miserable.

My tongue feels sour lost time on the upper inside part. The front of tongue isn't coated. Otherwise it's heavily coated inside.
