A capful of the bottle or a large teaspoonful is a dose

I shall copy my instructions again to make the Wet dose below.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made up as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also known as Liquid Dilution.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles.
This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is sipped as directed.

To Greyhorse

You can use tap water after boiling to release the Chlorine.

I actually have been meaning to share that I am down to one cigarette a day from the pack (or a little under) that I used to! I am having a bit of trouble not having at least one tho, unfortunately. But am very happy with it so far!

Thank you for the remedy. I have a question. Where I live I could not find a bottle of Spring water. Can I use mineral water instead? Will it affect the effectiveness of the medicine?

You may use tap water after boiling which is essential to release the Chlorine in the mains.

Please read all the posts on this thread which dates back to 2006 which has helped more than one chronic smoker to QUIT.

Hi Yevi & mrhasan or any other smokers,

Since Joe has retired from this forum, so if you like you can try the following protocol. I have found it extremely successful in almost all cases.

1- Tabacum-200c (Once in a week)
2- Caladium Seguinum-200c (Once in a week)

Dosage:

Take Tabacum on say every Sunday & Caladium on every Thursday.

One dose of any of the above remedies = 3 drops in quarter cup of water taken empty stomach in the morning & 30 min before eating/drinking anything.

Or if you have got pill/pellets, then take 4 pills in the same manner.

Report after 3 weeks.

Regards,
Asad
