plzzzzz help me

I am suffering from Oral Submucous Fibrosis from last 6 months, I stopped eating tobacco.
and surgery bhi ho gai he but still I can't open my mouth properly. My tongue is shortened

Surgery ho gai 3 months ho gai but fibrosis vapas banned lag gaya he and Sir daily 10 Times hister se exercises bhi karta hu

7 Times injection bhi lag chuke he
Inj hyalinase
Inj dexona
Inj placentrex

Daily 2 Times sm fibro capsules bhi le raha h
Kaya karu kuch samajh me nahi aa raha. Please help me.

pls try carcinocin 10m weekly one dose every sunday morning empty stomach... except sunday take calc carb 200 daily one dose early in the morning.. for a month and report me...
