Retinal haemorrhage

My wife was diagnosed with Typical Retinal Haemorrhage recently. Doctor told us that there is no real remedy available and prescribed "Glotab" to try and prevent further deterioration. Her vision then was RE - 6/18P, LE 6/60P and she was able to manage with her Right Eye.

Further as advised some she underwent some ayurveda treatment, after which her vision has further deteriorate and she is unable read anything.

She is a working women aged 57 and 3 more years to retire but is unable to work and is on leave for the 3 months.

She has no BP but is slightly diabetic and is taking medicines and is under absolute control.

Shall be grateful for advise on appropriate homeopathic treatment.

1. Physostigma-30 6 pills twice a day
2. Belladona-30 6 pills twice a day

Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
Pl give feedback after one week
