Lesion in left Kidney and Pancreas - Urgent!!!!!!

Hi

My mother in law felt lower back pain (originating from left size) few months back. After sometime she felt

minor pains between the ribs (near liver) and heaviness as if she ate too much of food. Last year she suffered

urine infection with traces of blood in urine.

Two/three weeks back she got ultrasound done and found that there is a lesion. Doctors then advised PET

CTSCAN.

I have posted the reports below done so far. Please see to it and suggest a homeopathy remedy.

Doctors do not want to go for surgery and they are avoiding biopsy because that my give birth to secondary

stage of car cinoma.

PET CT-SCAN

Large FDG avid heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue density mass lesion (size 12.1 x 8.3 cm SUV max) noted

involving left kidney with perinephric stranding. FDG avid soft tissue deposit noted in right kindney (size

2.1 x 1.3 cm SUV max 17.9)

Multiple FDG avid prearotic, left praraarotic (size 2.4 cm x 2.4 cm SUV max: 29.0), precaval, retrocaval,

aortocaval lymph nodes noted.

There is no ascites. Multiple variable sized FDG avid splenic (size 2.2 x 1.5 cm SUB max 18.2), gastric,

mesenteric and omental (size 1.7 cm SUV max 10.0) soft tissue deposites are noted.

Physiological biodistribution of tracer noted in the liver, spleen, kidneys and urinary bladder.

PET-CT reveals:
Metabolically active large left renal mass-Primary (?RCC-Needs HPE correlation) with metastatic abdominal

lymph nodes, pertoneal, gastric, splenic and right renal deposits, as described.

CECT SCAN Opinion

Large, irregular and ill-marginated mass lesion of left kidney with extension, involvement and associated

findings as described, indicate neoplastic pathology, likely renal cell car cinoma as the diagnostic

possibility.

Uric Acid => 7.74 mg/dl ---- Normal range 2.60 - 6.00
Creatinine => 1.2 mg/dl ---- Normal range 0.6 - 1.1

Haematology

MCHC => 31.3 g/dl --- Normal range - 31.5 - 34.5
RDW => 14.1 % --- Normal range - 11.6 - 14.0
