Doctor adviced me to take it for breast enlargement( I have size AA75) and to regulate my endocrine system as I have heavy periods. I have been taking it for about month, but as a result now my menses started even earlier.What could that mean?

So, if one is taking Sabal Serrulata in MOTHER TINCTURE format (Q) two times a day in the 10 drops form (one in the early morning and one before going to bed)and Lecithin in Pellets (format 3X) two times a day ... is it ok ?

hi,i buy sabal serrulata and star taking that think 10 days later i was bleeding,trhu my nose and ,taking so much water because i feel thirthy all the time and dry.and having problem to pee.

This thread got out of control. I still don't know if you can take other supplements while taking Sabal Serrulata. Do you have to stop all together or just space them out?

After goin through different topics on this forumI started taking Sabal Serrulata Q 10 drops each in the morning and night...It did make a difference in the size but there is a shooting pain in the upper body...it aches bad...now i m really worried...will it affect me in neways...is der any other substitue for the medicine as the pain is unbearable....

I read this post a few months ago and i ordered sabal serrulatum Q and Lecithinum 4x. for 3 weeks i was taking 6 drops of SSQ in half glass of water in the morning and again at night. i was also taking Leci 4x, 2 tablets twice a day. as well as these i was taking dong qui with food, 2 tablets, twice a day. in the fourth week i stopped all and started taking 15 drops one in the night, as it can be hard because of work and that. i don't think so far it has made a difference.
now i have ordered again and hve SSQ and Lecithinum 30, which is in liquid form. now i do not know how i should be taking everything, especially with the Leci 30. can anyone please let me know what is safe and the most effective. i have also heard that phoses also good to take with these. thank you
