Gynecomastia problem

Assalamu alaikum warahmatulla.Im a male 21yrs im newly married...i have been suffering from gynecomastia for about 4-5yrs my weight is about 58-60kg .my chest nipple are puffy when it catch cold it come back in shape..my blood reports are all normal.i need some help to cure this disorder.this has really made me self conscious plz i need help imediately plz sir help me
