i am a chronic masturbator,one day i masturbated very vigorously and after i finished i noticed dat my foreskin was swollen and became like a balloon but there was no pain,just the whole foreskin was swollen and overlapped the whole of my glans.after some hours it went away,but from that day till today it hasent been ok,and im facing difficulties in urine,burning urine,split stream.urgency,dribbling,

Well this is the common problem seen with penile erection as soft issues of the tip of the penis gets swollen and gives burning micturation.
