Nat Phos for weight reduction, Dr. Joe Livera pleaseHello Dr. Joe De livera,
I am a software programmer and have to sit for long in front of computer screen.
My weight is 98Kg and height is 5'9. I want to reduce around 25kgs. I take blood pressure lowering tablet daily in the morning (AMLOVAS-M 2.5/25). I have big apetite and mostly I eat Veg food in my lunch and Non-Veg food at dinner. I ahve acidity problem as well due to which I oftenly get throat infections. After reading your posts for weight reduction using Nat Phos 6X I am planing to start for myself. Please let me know if it will work with my current medicine (i.e. Amlovas-M) and for how long should I take Nat Phos 6X.
Thanks in advance

he is 85. btw, he was/is not a Doctor.
You need a remedy for your overall totality
of symptoms, meaning, physical, emotional,
mental, what makes you better, what makes
you worse, etc.
Nat Phos 6x, is a cell salt ( there are 12
salts) cell salts are a sub branch of homeopathy and they work on the cell metabolism. Nat phos 6x is used often to
help with acidity.
You could try Nat phos 6x, 3 tabs, 3 times
a day for a week to two weeks to see if
it helps the acidity or not. It is not
for weight loss, some people just happened to
lose weight taking it ( nursing mom's) mostly.
I would suggest that you post a new thread
and ask someone to study your case and find
a remedy the correct way for real cure.I also
suggest you find a good probiotic to help your
digestion or eat a cup of natural yogurt each
day as a probiotic.
