Hi,
Unfortunately I did a mistake with taking medicine. I took one dose NM 200c last night then today morning I forgot after waking up, so I took in evening. I gave gap before medicine but after 15 min of taking med I had coffee.
What to do ?

it seems that the infection is returning back so please repeat the remedy, single dose, only once, not daily.

Last time u told me to take one dose at night and then one dose in morning.
But now you said one dose only.

Hi Sir,
I took the repeat dose of nat mur 200c on oct 8th. By 10th I got my periods. This is early than usual. And since yesterday I suddenlh got some bumps around the vulva again at the same places where I get.
I am feel extremely low on energy since yesterday and v breathless (may be due to allergy. I am taking qvair inhaler)

take these biochemic cell salts daily,
calc sulph 6x - 3 pills morning
kali sulph 6x - 3 pills afternoon
silicea 6x - 3 pills evening
(chew them, do not swallow with water, nothing 15 minutes before and after medicine)
report improvement after 25 days,

Dear Sir,
I was under the impression that I have these meds at home in my home Kit. But I see that I have
Kali sulp. only in 30 and 200 potencies.
I have silicea 6x but the bottles cap has a crack and it seems this is atleast 4-5 years old. Due you think it will retain its property ?
I don't have Calc Sulp at home. I will have to order it online or check some specialty stores in Arizona to find it.
Is there any other alternative for that ?
Should I wait to have all three to start or I can start with what I have. Also one med in 6x and another in 30 , is that a problem?
You can also tell me any meds u think I can preorder incase u plan on prescribing for later.
Thanks again for your time and patience in my case. Also had an update about the boil I got one my left vulva. Usually the last times I got

order new stock, remember during ordering that they are not homeopathic remedies, they are biochemic mineral cell salts for your condition, they will help in your curing process, they usually come in 6X potency, not 30c or 200c, here you have to order '6X' only.

About the silver chain, I don't have a silver necklace but have silver anklet. Can I wear that ? Or I have white gold chain which looks like silver exactly. Please let me know if it's ok or is there other alternative to that ?
