please help underweight, premature ejaculation.

I'm male
age 26 but looks 17
married
5.5' 43 kg
body produce heat above normal but thyroid hormone level normal.
coated tongue
very low appetite
very low sex drive , very weak after coitus
ejaculate too fast. penis not erect 100%.
h/o excessive musterbation till now also
no sleep problem
indigestion, mucous with stool,IBS,
offensive odour of stool and urine
lake of confidence, can't finish a work spontaneously, always anxious and irritating. difficult to take dicissions.
like any kinds of sweet fruits. but not sweet products, like spicy but it cause abdominal discomfort ant irritable anal canal and bowel.

Have you taken Nux Vomica 200 and Carbo Veg 200 as advised by me earlier?
