Wrist pain problem

Dear Sir,I am 21 years old male weight 64 kg and height is 5ft 10in,basically I have wrist pain problem on my both hands,I usually had this problems since past,it comes temporarily and disappear after several weeks and now it came back(on both hands' wrist,if palm facing away from face for right hand it is on the left side lower to the thumb and for the left hand it is on left side lower to the pinky),I do weight lifting but I have stopped it temporarily because of pain,can you please suggest me remedies for this pain.
