Diagoned with possibility of strincture anterior urethera

Dear Sir,

I am 26 Male.
From last few months I noticed of slow urine flow and infection. Doctor treated me with antibiotic and it got resolved. But after few days same happened again. This time urine culture was performed and medicines were given based on that. After few days same problem started. This time I went to surgeon who told me possibility of blockage. He asked me about my medical history. I told him that I have operated for hypospaediasis approx 12-15 year back and have no complication except a small fistula. He asked me for uroflowrimetry,RGU, USG residual and urine culture.

Reports were like uroflowmetry shows only 7 mm/sec flow rate which as per my knowledge is less. Residual urine I.e.PURU is 84 cc which is very significant. Although RGU could confirm of stricture but show possibility of this.

Now, my surgeon told me he has to go to uretherotomy to see if any blockage. He feel there must be any blockage. During this if he found any strincture or scar will cut off.He is not sure how big it could be or not present. He told me all this in layman language. But I am post graduate in pharmacy and done some reasearch on internet found that urethrotomy is not successful and re occurrence is significant. I am very depressed.I have got operated two times for hypospaedisis and one for hernia. I do not have mental strentgh to handle all this. I will get married in next 6-7 months. If this will be life long continuous process of re occurrence and uretherotomy with low success rate. Even I definitely don want to go for urtheroplasty. Seeing such situation I don want to get marry. I very much hopeless.

Please suggest. I saw your website where it was given that homeopathic can cure this. You are my hope alternative to surgery. Please share I'd u could be of any help to me.
Thanks in advance

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Silicea 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thanks Sir,

I were already taking Silicea 200 liquid dilution last month for hyperhidrosis. Symptoms were still there at that time. I discontinued Silicea because I were feeling blurred vision probably due to Silicea.

Do you still recommend me Silicea.

Please response,

Thanks
