This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
As a first step, please visit a gynecologist and get yourself checked up.

Taking supplements or medicines without proper diagnosis is not going to help, rather it may worsen the problem.

Hello,
I did visit 2 different /top gynacologists, underwent all tests including blood profile n ultrasound and were told that all results were perfectly normal Both times i was asked to induce periods through medicine like familia. First time i took prescribed med and got periods once only. Second time i do not want to rely on alopathic med for inducing periods.

Please let me know, if theres a remedy or you still recommend visiting a doc. ?

Many thanks!
