Gynecomastia problem

Sir im suffering with gynecomastia since 6-7 yrs. My age is 22 now. Im 6'ft tall & thin weighing 65kgs. I live in Hyderabad, A.P, India.
I have puffy nipples;no tenderness or pain. nipples contract when i get goosebumped or when its cold i.e when taking bath.
Its very embarassing for me to take off shirt or even wear thin T-shirts. Im getting very much stressed b'coz of this problem especially from last 2-3 years. I cannot afford for a surgery. Im feeling like there's no cure for my problem and this thought is killing me. Im having sleepless nights. Plz help me with some good & effective medicines which can cure gynecomastia fastly.
