Non-stop bleeding (Consultation from Mr. Kadwa) Page 6 of 6

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hello Dr. Kadwa,

Hope you are doing great.
Wanted to give you my update:

I started taking progestrone pills from Jan 2nd onwards.
Period stopped from Jan 5th onwards.

I went and saw gyno during Jan 5th week.
My blood and sonogram results
*****************************
Hemoglobin 7.5 (should be 11.7-15.5)
Hematocrit - 24.5 ( should be 35-45)

Also, my FSH and LH are less
FSH - 1.3 and LH < 0.2

TSH is normal.

Sonogram results
*****************************************************************

TECHNIQUE:
Limited transabdominal ultrasound performed to look for masses high in the
pelvis. Transvaginal ultrasound performed for detailed evaluation of the
endometrium, myometrium and ovaries.

UTERUS:.
The uterus is anteverted and measures 96 x 49 x 55 mm. Uterine contour and
myometrium are irregular. The endometrium measures 17.9 mm in AP diameter.
Inhomogeneous echoes are noted. Hyperechoic areas are noted along the anterior
endometrium. It is unclear whether this represents blood versus endometrial
pathology (such as a polyp). The cervix appears normal.

RIGHT OVARY :.
The right ovary is normal in size, shape and position. It measures 18 x 15 x
17 mm. No focal masses were identified transabdominally or transvaginally.

LEFT OVARY :.
The left ovary was not visualized.
No focal masses were identified transabdominally or transvaginally.

CUL-DE-SAC: .
Normal.

IMPRESSION:.
Endometrial findings, see comments above.

Gyno told that either I will have to take progesterone pills or put Mirena IUD (IUD that releases progesterone).
I am told that I am one of the women whose body doesn't produce progesterone and that's why uterus lining is building up.
He feels that IUD is the best option but will work only if uterus lining is shed properly.
He also told that once the progesterone pill course is over, the uterus lining should shed.
Again, as per gyno sonogram will be done next month and if the lining is not shed properly then will have to go for D&C before putting IUD.
Now my 14 days progesterone course is over and period should start. Infact, little spotting has started.
I am also on iron pills due to very low iron levels.

Dr. Kadwa, I am still not able to figure out why my body is not producing progesterone.
Mentally I am fine, but in the hearts of my hearts I am not happy. Either I am not happy with my in-laws or boss.
Sometimes I feel little down if I think about job and future.
I am highly constipated and also have bleeding hemorrhoids. I use coconut oil that works up to certain extent.
Let me know your thoughts and next step in terms of homeopathy and or ayurveda.
BP fluctuates on and off. Haven't checked sugar.
Shall I keep on taking ashokarishta?
Do you suggest any other ayurvedic medicine that i should be taking?
Please advise.
You have a good day.
Regards,
Gita.

There is vacuum in everybody's life. If we look at the universe we see that the emptiness of the sky far exceeds the planetary systems that it contains. One should accept things as they are after putting all possible efforts. This is the essence of Karmyog. i agree that it is difficult to practice Karmyog but there is no other way out. Please follow your gyno for the time being and don't take any other remedies.

I read on another forum that kalium carb 200c is the ideal remedy for such condition and treats it. Have you tried that?
