post radiation problem
pl help me. Details as below.Age-61,sex-F,colour-wheatish, mental condition-tired,
problem- post Ca-endometrium
surgery radiation carried out in lower abdomen area in sept2012. Recent colonoscopy revealed bleeding vessels in rectal region. Blood(fresh red) loss once in 8-10days occurs driving Hb to 9.5.
P.S.- other ailments include BP,diabetes,arthrites, for last 10 years. Backache at one point in middle{left side)also needs medication. Help.

I have taken the medicines as advised for 10 days(Kali carb was stopped after three days as backache was eliminated).
Feedback-
1.No blood in stool observed for last 12 days.
2.No backache.
3.Hb.still below 9.(perhaps leading to giddiness at times.
4.Weakness.
Pl advise.

As advised Phosphorus-200 , administered for last 15 days, seems to have reduced the frequency and quantity of the blood loss owing to radiation proctitis. As on date following medicines are being taken-
Phosphorus 200 -twice daily
Kali Carb 200 - once a day
Ferrum phos6x-4tab.twicedaily

It is observed that almost after one month today the blood loss from rectal region has increased too much. I don't know if it follows a monthly cycle(last time also excessive bleeding occurred after a gap of a month). Pl advise.

Taking Sulph seems to have brought back the old backache problem. The backache is at one point in the left lower back. Pressure and heat provides temporary relief. It is intense and non radiating non wandering type. Does not depend on time of the day and patient is restless.
All medicines stopped for the present.

Hemmamelis 30 is continued but Sulph 30 is stopped. Meanwhile backache has increased with lot of restlessness. Pl suggest medicine for backache.

Blood loss continued and Hb reduced to dangerously low level of 6.As a result it was imperative to go for emergency treatment APC(coagulation of blood vessels induced by Argon).Hb is still low causing spin, weakness, and tiredness. Sometimes body is feverish perhaps as a hangover of APC. Kindly suggest appropriate medicines.
