Premature and sex weekness

Respected Sir,
I am 32 year old guy. I am not active in sports and not a Gym guy at all. I have few health problems.
Constipation: I am suffering from constipation since last 20 years, I have been to some doctors but it was not cured properly. At present I am using psyllium husk and it helps me to get motion.
Weight: I am having proper food (Vegetable, fruits and meat ) but not putting weight. I am 5’9” with 60kg weight only. Would be great help if you can advise on this.
Premature Ejaculation and loose Penis: I was masturbating since last 15-16 years that is effecting my life (this what I feel). I can’t stand more than 1 minute, sometime I am getting discharge after just insertion. I was in a relationship with a girl for 6 months and to get rid of PME I took 'Bectam' which contain Paroxetine 20 mg. It helps me a lot. I had this medicine for 60 days and I was having very good time with my partner. then I left this medicine and we enjoyed sex quite well without any medicine. Now I am out of that relationship since last 8 month and having same issue since last 6 months. My semen is also very thin and after ejaculation It is being difficult for me to get the erection again. It took around an hour to get erection again.
Now I am getting married in 6 month and I don’t want my relationship to be ruined so I am asking for advice. Please help me to get rid of this. You help will be much appreciated.

4. Describe your personality in at least 20 words - I always be in hurry. I don’t think much about myself. I skip my lunch due to laziness , I like sleeping but I am not lazy. I prefer go out and hang around with friends. I love going for trekking.

5. Do you smoke/drink/drugs, if yes, details - I left smoking 8 months back. I smoked for 5 years, 4 to 5 cigarettes a day, no drink, no drugs. I drink coke

6. What is your main health problem & its symptoms - I suffer from Constipation, I got motion twice a week. I got ejaculated within a minute and it took an hour to get erection after ejaculation. My penis is normal in shape and size. When I talk to girls about some sexy stuff, I start getting pre cumming.

7. When did this main problem begin – Constipation since last 20 years. Premature ejaculation since last 5 years, but I had 6 moths very good with my GF. An year back when I was with my GF then I used to stay for 10 minutes. I used stop and wait technique but since last 7 month I am not with my GF and since last 5 months problem started again.

8. Can you relate any event which caused this problem – I think to much of masturbation is the cause.

9. What makes the main problem better – I had 'Bectam' which contain Paroxetine 20 mg for 2 months and it help me to sustain longer.

19. How is your sleep – Not good, I did not get deep sleep. I sleep a lot but not continuous. I keep getting awake or falling a sleep very late.

24. What foods you crave & love – I like non veg specially chicken and Beef. It could be in any form, spicy or non spicy, I like sweet dishes.

25. What foods you hate a lot – anything which contain chili. I dnt like burger and hot dogs.

26. What taste you love a lot (e.g. sweet, salty, sour, bitter) - I like sour and salty but Sweet is also my favourite.

27. What taste you hate – I hate bitter taste.

28. Do you like warm or cold food - I like warm food, but prefer cold when it is sweet

29. Do you want to eat indigestible foods (chalk, mud….) – No, I do not have that kind of taste.

40. How is your urine (details of color, smell, any blood etc.) – It is white in color, but when I finished urinating and stand up then few drops come out in cloths. I always feel that some more drop will come out after urinate.

41. How is your sex desire – Very high desire, I think 80% of time about sex. I watch porn very much.
42. Are you satisfied with your sex life – I do not have sex as I don’t have partner, I do masturbation thrice or 4times a week to complete my desire.

43. Males genitals – I have no issue with erection or size and shape. It took time in re erection after ejaculation. Normally I get erection after an hour after ejaculation.

39. How is your stool – Normally I have hard stool with smell. I normally get motion twice a week. Most of the time it is dark and hard. First few look like goat waste and rest is in normal shape. No loose motion at all.

12. What other health problems do you have – I am allergic to dust and perfumes. I get sneezing when I woke up. Most of the time I have little running nose. Some time I feel nose blockage as well.

Why do you keep waking up during sleep – I do not know the reason, I am not getting deep sleep, I tried any ways like, sleep in dark, sleep on comfort bed, keep my room temperature normal, but it is not working. I am talking warm milk with dates as well.
You said I skip lunch due to laziness & then say you are not lazy? – When it comes to food I become lazy, I hate preparing food and that is why I skip lunch and ate some fruits or anything left in my fridge.
What do you mean 'I don't think much about myself'? – I always think about my family and give them priority. For example If any of my family member need something and I have that but it is just enough for me, in that case I will give them instead of my use.

Why did you stop smoking – I just quit because it was effecting my health.

What makes constipation better & worse – When I took psylliu husk then it make my stool soft and also help it to pass.

Other than two days of the week, is there no urge/feeling to pass stool or you constantly feel there is stool but can't pass it – I always feel I have to go for washroom however motion never passes. Whenever I feel for motion I go to washroom and sit for 5-10 minutes but 90% of the time motion didn’t pass.

After passing stool, do you feel fully relieved – I did not get the feeling of light stomach after motion. I never had complete motion, I always feel that there are some more stool but it didn’t come out.

What do you mean your stool is like goat stool, explain – When I am not having psyllium husk then first few of motion become very hard and it came out in very very tight and small pices like goat stool.

I normally eat non veg food like eggs, Beef, chicken, lots of rice. i also include milk, Vegetable (but less), fruits, Papaya, peas, Grapes, water mellon, pineapple, apple etc.

Your remedy is: Calcarea Carbonica 200c.

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.
Report back in 7 days with changes observed.

TIME OF DOSE:
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Don’t take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you.

PILLS/PELLETS:
If your remedy is in the form of pills:
One dose is one pill.
Dissolve the pill in mouth.

LIQUID REMEDY:
If your remedy is in liquid form:
Put one drop of the remedy in half glass of water, stir and take one tea spoon from it.
That’s one dose.
Use the same mixture for subsequent doses, if required.
Don’t refrigerate the mixture. Put it anywhere covered, away from direct sunlight.

PRECAUTIONS:
If there is significant worsening of symptoms (called homeopathic aggravation) after the first dose, then don’t take the second dose.
Don’t take any other homeopathic remedy during this treatment.
Give a break of at least 10 minutes before eating/drinking anything before or after taking the remedy.
During the treatment, don’t eat anything which you have never had all your life.

A good example of how to report your progress is by giving %age improvement for all your health problems e.g.
Headache: 30% better
Low energy level: 50% better
Anxiety: 40% better
Sadness: No change
Depression: Worse
And so on list all your complaints.

GENERAL INFO ABOUT HOMEOPATHIC PRESCRIBING:
If someone is giving several remedies, without waiting to see the effect of one remedy, then it is totally against the core principles of homeopathy. Such an approach is unlikely to give permanent cure, rather it may distort actual symptoms making subsequent cure even more difficult.

DIETARY GUIDELINES:
Homeopathy is not magic and it can only work when all other supportive strategies are also used. To make sure you are cured as fast as possible and stay that way please change your lifestyle to include the following:

1. Start eating half cup of low fat, plain, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt that’s the best.
2. Stop all processed foods e.g. white bread, white rice, white burgers etc.
3. Eat whole foods only i.e. whole grain bread, brown rice, brown burgers etc.
4. The bread should be high in bran content & the flour should be coarse ground.
5. Start eating a small bowl of salad at least once a day e.g. it should contain cucumber, carrots, salad leaves, tomato and any vegetable you like. Put a dressing of olive oil & raw apple cider vinegar and put some salt & black pepper to your liking.
6. Eat at least 1-2 fruits per day e.g. apple, orange etc.
7. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear. Yellow colored urine is a good indication that you are dehydrated.
8. Eat only when hungry and when eating, don’t overstuff yourself.
9. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. don’t divert your attention by watching tv etc.
10. Exercise:
• Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your target heart rate.
• Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.
