Worried about Health

Sir,
I am 42 Years old Man and I am always worried about my health means some times feeling blood would come during coughing, swelling in lymb node, something wrong in my stomach or brain. Moreover I have always stiffness in my neck, hand and leg or whole body.
I have tried gelsenium, argetum nitrate, lycopodium, arcenicum album unfortunately no luck, could please advise

Calc carb 2oo,5 pills 30 mins before dinner ones a week and kali phos 6x,5 tabs three times a day.

ferrum phos 6x,5 tabs ones at night .

When you have calc carb do not take the other medicines on that day.

Thanks Mr. Anuj,
As you said not to take any medicine once you had the Calc carb but I am taking blood pressure medicine (Allopathic)daily before sleeping.. Should I stop blood pressure control tablet and also I am taking Omega 3 tablet daily night after dinner.
Please advise
