It looks like the condom you are using is the cause of this itching. Try changing the brand of condom and you maybe relieved of the itching.
If the maintaining cause of the problem (condom in your case) is not removed, cure can't occur.
That's why your body is healing and then the condom causes the same problem.

One more problem i would like to discuss with you about my knee and back pain...i got prescription from akshaymohla a month before..remedied were : urtica urens Q..Colchicum30...Rhus tox30 i got relief from these medicines but pain strikes again and now these remedies are not responding..i am on brufen right now.

5. What is your main health problem & its symptoms Severe back ache and knee pain ..i cant bend my knees long they get stiffed. Also knees get stiffed in the morning.. I feel backache as my spine is broken I hardly bend my waist apart from that I had viginal itching, not inside its just on upper wet area of vagina..Most of the time having white discharge problem along with lower abdomen pain. I have been suffering from white discharge since last 1 yr along with lower abdomial pain. But as I got your treatment lyco 200 I am fine now from this problem

Have you visited an orthopedist to get yourself diagnosed for this pain.
When was the last time you got your blood test done i.e. CBC and Vit-D level.
From your description I can't understand if its muscular or joints.

ye, i have visited ortho a month before..he told me that my uric acid level is high. It was 6.5 also i got checked Vit-D level CBC as well all was fine..my hemoglobin is 10.5. also i got checked arthiritis that report was also fine.
Doctor gave me some pain killers for pain and zyloric to reduce uric acid level.
colchicum and urtica urens made me woderful. i had no pain but it triggered again..it seems muscle pain.
