night medicine and nightfall

A couple of times in past i noticed that if homeo remedy was taken before bed at night than i would have nightfall during sleep, same happened with one of my friend.

Is this normal? I saw on few meds that it was recommended to be taken at bed time, then i would have fall again during night.

Is this normal, one homeo doctor told me that one should never take homeo medicine before sleep.

Please educate me on this topic

Nightfall and homeo medicine is not co-related.

It all depends, which medicine you are taking and for which ailment.

It also depends on constitution. If you and your friend using same meducine and having nightfall, it might be just a coincidence.
