urgent - after fall - neck and hip pain

I have scoliosis, collapsing spine, degenerative disc disease and have had lamenectomy and discotomy done on l1,2,3 S1. Then I FELL ON THIS PLACE almost 2 weeks ago.

I have not been able to get to a proper doctor since, have been just resting. It's hard to stand more than a few minutes and have shooting pains in hip.

As soon as I fell I started taking Hypericum 30x which is what I had at the time, every hour or so.

Can someone please help?

You should also take Arnica-30 five drops per dose along with hypericum thrice a day.

However you should consult physician for physical check up of the vacinity.

Is the arnica for the pain primarily? I am taking Hypericum in pellet form - should I dissolve it in water and succuss would that be preferable or should I continue with the pellets? Thank you Dr Mahfooz
