Scapular fracture

Hi.
My wife is suffering from Scapular fracture in the left shoulder in an accident on 13-08-2013. She has been treated by the pain killers. The X-Rays report on 28-09-2013 says, 'There is complete transverse fracture of the body of scapula is noted. There is loss of normal angulation of the head of the humerus with glenoid process with humerus head facing anteriorly. Left Sided ribs are normal'.
She feels severe pain sometimes and her left arm is also swelled a bit from few places.

I'd recommend the following regimen:

For pain relief: Arnica 30c, liquid dose, plussed, on alternate days till the pain gets resolved.

For bone healing: Symphytum 30c, liquid dose, plussed, on alternate days for a week.

Both remedies should not be taken on the same day.

In case of any increase in pain, swelling or other worsening of symptoms, stop the remedies.

Plussed dose: Put a drop (or pill) of remedy in half glass water. Stir it till dissolved. Take one tea spoon from it. Keep this mixture stored in shade(not in refrigerator). Everytime, use this same mixture, just stir and take a tea spoon full as dose.
