5m old baby loose motion from a month
Hi,My baby is suffering from loose motion from a month, last week he caught cold, congestion too.
from a month he used to pass stool 4 to 5 times but they used to be smelly and liquid.
I got his stool routine done it is yellow, semi solid, with Muscus Present(>5mg/dl), occult blood present(>5mg/dl), pus cells 6 to 8, RBC 4 to 5,
Giving BACIGYL-N (2 times a day 5 day course)from 1 and half day , his stool frequency has increased from 4-5 to 7-8 times in small quantity, but it is still same.
For cold I am giving T-mimic drops and Dilo-BM
Please help me in understand how long does bacigyl-N take to make an impact. any idea on what he is suffering from? . He is strictly on mother's milk.

at times his nose is so blocked that I need to feed him with spoon . but main issue I feel I am unable to tackle is his loose motion.
