Pl have lyco dose and continue with whitechestnut pl havee olive bach flowwr one dose daily for 7 days next 7 days twice daily after one hour of whitechestnut and report

taken lyco dose on friday also taken olive batch flower 2 doses till now,not any changes,please suggest me some thing good to get in shape i am very thin want something to get in shape and gain weight.also i am not social and talking but some times becomes both as mood changes.

five phos 6x but can i take it in liquid form for 3 times a day if yes than? and how many drops plz advise me.also i am taking lyco dose in 15 day once only just informing you also olive completed one week now i will take 2 doses of olive from now.thanks

the 5 phos is a cell salt- they come in tablets. Get Tablets.
If you find it in liquid?? then take it 3 times a day, follow the bottle directions
for a dose.
