1. Describe your main suffering?ans: angina due to 90% blockage of coronary artery.
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
ans:nothing else
3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
ans: fear of heart attack.
4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
ans:discomfert,pain in left hand,fear of heart attack.
5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
ans:i am working in Dubai one day i walk approx 500 m then i feel pain in my center of the chest before 3 months.i consult a doctore
he did ECG that was negative then he did TMT that was +ve.he said you have blockage somewhere in your chest so do one
thing go for angioghraphy.and he gave some medicine like asprin 75mg,atorva 20mg,con cor2.5 these were the medicene i took
approx 2 month without angioghrapy ,then i came back to India for angioghrapy,i consult Dr.Muhammad Ahmad of kanpur heart
institute,he did my angioghraphy and told you coronary artery is blocked 90% he asked for stent i refused and ask about
medicenes he gave me asprin75,atorva20,con cor2.5,nicostar 5,nitrocontin 2.6,clozel 5,rancad 500,rab D.i am taking these
medicenes last 25 days i have relief in chest pain.

yes sometime i feel little bit tightness but no constriction,
yes one more thing i feel something is blocked in my throat when i feel pain in the middle of the chest.
sensation in upper part below the color bone along with left shoulder like numb(exactly i cant describe).last 5 to 6 days my stomach is not regular having loose motions i think its due to
garlic i was taking regularly.
