baby with rattling chest. help please

My 5 month old daughter got a common head cold last week and i treated her with ferrum phos which worked really well stopping streaming nose and excessive sneezing. However it seems to have settled on her chest and is breathing with a loud rattle. I can also feel the rattle.she has no fever and is eating well and in good form. I gave her a few doses of ANTIM TART but hasn't helped. Any other suggestions please?
