antibiotics you have to use probiotics- antibiotics destroy
the good gut flora. This leads to yeast.candida and
digestion problems. You have to flood the gut with
the good flora and this takes at least 2 months.
The yeast are in everyones intestines- the good flora keep
them under control. Yeast live on sugar- so you have to
stop sugar, and high carb foods and eat protein and
vegetables to starve them. Do the probiotic, and the diet restriction-
very often !! the yeast medicine does not work bc the diet and probtiocs
are not added in- the yeast med. kills yeast, but after finishing it- there
is still nothing to control them from multiplying due to the gut flora.. You can still do the homeopathic remedy
to help here, but more help is needed. All three things have to be done
at once, yeast medicine, probiotic, diet change.
In India, you can get probiotics from these places:
In severe cases get a prescription and get Ecoflora from
the Medical Shops, expensive Rs 1180 for 30 tabs.
Gutpro-JBCL, Econova-Glenmark, Biors-Tablets India,Vizyl-Unichem, Bifilac-tablets india-Vibact-USV, binfit-Ranbaxy,
Becelac-Dr Reddy Labs.
I do not know how many strains of bacteria are in all of
these- but best is 8 strains and take once a day- try to
build to 2x a day for 2 months at least. Not every probiotic
agrees with everyone, so if one does not feel 'good' try
