Corneal Endothelial Dystrophy

Please do let me know whether there is any treatment for Corneal Endothelial dystrophy.

I am seeking help because the doctor has advised cornea transplantation because of corneal endothelial dystrophy which has occured 20 years after intraocular lens implant..
