in the last few days I have been having symptoms of ibs.wheneve I eat something, I get pains up and down my stomach, cramps in lower intestines, have to go to toilet 3-4 times. I usually to to the bathroom shortly after I wake up, but now it's preceded by intense pain in lower abdomen.
can you help me? thanks!

1. Aloe Socotrina-Q (mother tincture) 2 drops in one tespoonful water
2. Colocynth-30 6 pills 2 times in a day
3. Mag Phos-12x 3 pallets 2 times in a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between all medicines
