Cat with chronic blocked nose
Please help - i am treating a cat.He has had a blocked nose for the last 3 months.
A cat sneezed and was around him and he got the cat flu but his nose is still blocked.
- he has difficulty breathing especially at night when he lays down so he opens his mouth to try and help. He makes a snoring noise.
- No discharge
- Trys to clear it by sneezing.
12 months ago he got mauled by a dog and had a wound on his ear.
This has not healed. He continues to scratch at it and scabs over but has YELLOW pus that smells and oozes.
- He rubs at it as it is itchy.
- it is his right ear.
Eyes- have a bit of black build up but he has always had this.
- No fears or dislikes
- likes human company
- loves being groomed.
_ his energy levels have slowed down ever since his blocked nose.
Please advise me what you think
