my sister is 11 years old and her hair have started to turn grey. she hates eating egg, onions and any kind of vegetables. she only eats meat which is fried, and has no veges of any sort. we try to tell her that they are important for health but she eats nothing but boiled rice or meat.her face is pale yellow in color and has white dots of it. can u suggest some medicine that can remove this habit of hers and she starts eating all the things and her hair health as well as her physical health improves.SADIA81 on 2012-02-05

Dear Sadia81,
Vegeatables and fruits provides the necessary nutrition dose the body requires for its daily activity.
Now going further with the treatment, i request you to please go for a complete blood test (highly-urgent) and let us know the report.
Waiting for your update.
Queries and Tip:
1)What does she have for breakfast?
2)Over all how is her appetite?
3) How about her studies?
4) Put her on some physical activity (swimming, jogging, sckating, dancing etc), this will result in more consumtion of water, give her fresh juice of lemon this will boost her immuine system.
Just boil all the vegeatables and mash it up into paste (dont discard the water), use this content while prepearing non veg food for her, small tip to WORKAROUND :-).
Remedy can be looked into once the blood report is updated.
Regards,
Nikkie.
