cannot concentrate 13 yr old

My daughter who is thirteen yrs old she cannot concentrate on her home work she is working but go somewhere next min in thinking and forget her goal what she needs to do i am worried about her please help.Can any one suggest any medicine for her she would clean to the extreme and she is so slow to do every work to perfection weather it takes all day to do something she has a time management problem.
