warts help!!

so i have had molluscum contagiousm for 4 months now and have tried almost EVERYTHING! the only things that worked was ripping them out and apple cider vinegar but both left scarring. I was thinking about trying Thuja? does anyone have success with this. I have the molluscum on my arms and on my neck if that matters. I really dont want this going to my face, HELP! thanks!!!

1. Are they hard or soft
2. Is there any pus formation
3. Do they have a vent at centre etc
4. Pl attach image file to get a feel
This help in selecting medicine

No pus but there is a white 'seed' center
3. Do they have a vent at centre etc
i dont know what this is?

Mine look like this only there more red.
