Hi,my age is 24, i am suffering with ocd from 2 years
i have become a bit orthodox after marriage, we follow certain customs like washing hands when any cooked food item is touched, after drinking coffee etc
but before i was not very particular about these things
the problem is :-
very difficult while speaking, feel like saliva is falling on me,so i wipe the area with water where i feel saliva has felt
It is difficult to eat or drink, feel like food particles/coffee is fallen. After drinking i wash my hands but after eating i bath in the morning but at nights i should wipe my entire dress n hair,wash my face, hands n legs and then change my dress
In cases like these i used to take bath many a times a day earlier but after being medicated with Fludac 80mg, Zapiz 0.5mg from this January,i have been ok
At first i had many problems listed out,but as of know only talking,cooking n eating r disturbing me.
i just try to avoid eating or drinking or just run away from house so that i need not practice such customs outside n after returning home i take a bath
i am not comfortable with such customs at the same time, i am not able to give them up
Earlier i used to move very freely with my friends n relatives but know because of this i don't want to be with anybody
plz suggest me any homeo medicine which would help me in overcoming this ocd

Take 3 dose of Silicea 200c and inform me the situation after five days from 1st dose.
each dose every day regularly should be taken at night before 30 min from meal.every day one dose limit.
1 Dose means: two drops of liquid medicine in a cup of water and drink it slowly.

i couldn't find any improvement in the situation but instead the symptoms got worse, during the days when i took 3 doses
now i am back to the same condition as i was, before taking silicea

Silicea is a bit slowly acting medicine and symptoms got worse bcs of medicine aggravation which is the sign of perfect cures. So dont worry and just hold on. Take no other medicines till next 10 days and pls report me after ten days. I hope soon u will start feeling well by the work of silicea.

In additional i am having bath twice a day these days i.e after every meal
I wanted to clarify one thing, to deal some ocd situations i have been prescribed some behavioral therapy, i have been practicing them but after some time say months the old problem is repeating, if the order is changed by mistake
Is it so that i should follow those steps my whole life to overcome ocd
plz say when should i take my next dose

I have studied about u and decided to prescribe u Natrum Mur 1M one dose each day at morning empty stomach 30 min before meal. Take it continuously 7 days and report me after 10 days.

i have taken nat mur 1m as per ur suggestion for 7 days, all the 7 days were really troublesome this time
it was very difficult to do any work , i was not able to even open my mouth
i felt very uncomfortable even to move my lips in closed stage (this symptom disturbed me before taking fludac treatment)
i used to always cover myself completely with cloth so that saliva is not felt on me
it happened to be more difficult this time because i took the medicine during my menstrual phase and usually ocd symptoms get exaggerated during my periods
After 7th day the symptoms slowly got reduced as of now i am comparatively ok
but the ocd symptoms still disturb me
sorry i could not get back immediately as i was out of station
plz suggest when should i take my next dose

Take 3 doses of Syphilinum 200c at 3 days as 1 dose per day at 2 hours after breakfast.
Do not take tea and coffee at within next 15 days. Report me regularly what happens from the last dose.
U r carrying syphilitic symptoms may b u have gained from ur husband. So u should also have to take treatment from him and have to stop doing intercourse during this time of medication until both of u got totally cured. Other wise it is impossible to cure u properly forever.

what u read at are symptoms of syphilis and I told u abt syphilitic miasm. both r not the same thing. In many ways they r different. again and again bathing, hand washing and salivation excessive are Symptoms included under medicine Syphilinum and it started all after ur marriage bcs it is a disease which transfers maximum time by sexual mating. u may not find the other symptoms of puss, pain and others bcs this is a strong disease which germ can be stored in our body in a sleeping state for a long time.
Stop taking all kind of tea for those days.

i have taken syphilinum for 3 days, first day i felt like saliva is fallen when i am talking so i washed my hands many a times but as of today i am able to speak but little hesitation exists
bathing process remains the same i.e after eating but i am taking head bath daily
after brushing i feel like water used while brushing is falling on me so i am not able to move comfortably until i have my bath, earlier i used to quit working used to sit idle covering myself (before starting ocd treatment)but know i am able to move and carry out my work but little disturbance is seen
in addition to this plz suggest on what other points should i observe and when to take next dose
