Piles/Haemorrhoids
I am a male aged 57 .I am suffering from Piles/haemorrhoids(non bleeding) for the last 6 months.Initially a few haemorrhoids protruding but now all internal after some medication and still applying Aesculus ointment.Current symptoms-
1.Constipation very rarely.
2.Constant pain in the lower back near the anus area.
3.The protrusion of haemorrhoids happens during bowels movement and moves inside after defecation.
Please suggest best possible medication and dosage.Thanks.

Please take 2 pills of Aesculus 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days. You may repeat it after 7 days if necessary. Please report after 15 days.

If you are not feeling well on aesculus 30 you may take Podophyllum 30 in the same way and see whether it helps.
