dr.sameer and joe or any one pls help

when he was born he had 5 to 6 pustules on his face.the pediatrician said they are 'milia'.the next day[his second day of life]he was fully covered by these pustules on the face and they were very small with outer ring red in color but filled with pus.he could'nt open his eyes.i took some hot water and a tissue and wiped his eyes with it and they probably burst open and he was able to open his eyes.he was ok the whole day but when he came back to me from the nursery he had it from head to toe.i immediately alerted the dr.and he did a blood test a skin test and later told he was having a staph infection and gave him antibiotics for 5days.aafetr a week he had them again and i again rushed him to dr.who started a course of antibiotic injections for 5days followed by oral antibiotics.he was given mometasone to apply on his skin.the most horrible part was the dr asked me to break open his pustules with gauge pas and apply salt water to it.this was most horrible .but i did for 2 days only and then he was ok.by the end of his first month he developed jaundice.it lasted a month.then he was prescribed emollients and corticosteroids.nothing is working.now his eczema gets severe by each passing day.he was completely eczema free only on our last trip to indoa for 3 months.not a single flare up.soft smooth wonderful skin.dermatologist said its due to dry weather.[i live in the gulf where its too hot and dry.]we cant live without air conditioners here due to the heat.this must have caused his adenoids and tonsils prob.but now he has sleep apnea.as i write this he has woken up more than 5 times.he is unable to sleep well.a long post but i wanted to give more details so that the whole history is out there for you to evaluate.

also any medicines u prescribe will be available to me after a week or 10 days.i would also like to know if anyone out there knows of any homeopathic doctors or pharmacies in jeddah.as i do not haveany knowledge right now if they are available here ill have to rely on someone sending it to me from india but pls dont let my post go in the trash bin.i desperately need help.
note:his 2 elder brothers had to have tonsilloadenectomy none in both mine and my husband family has eczema.he also had an asthma attack in india after eating a bowl ful of ice cream given by some guest of home.

what happened ,so many are seeing this post but none have answered.is it because i named specific people?

severe eczema right now.oozing watery.very dry scaly skin,scales in head,enlarged tonsillitis and adenoids.sleep apnea.

2. what other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
unable to breath with nose.mouth breathing during day and night.

3. what mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
as he is a child i don’t think any .he is very playful,loving and sweet natured.

4. what exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? describe the sensation in your own words.
he cries when he feels worst.
5. when did it all start? can you connect it to any past event or disease?
the day he was born he had pustules so i will say from birth.
6. which time of the day you are worst?

sweat aggravates the symptoms,also if cloth softeners or new clothes are worn by him his eczema aggravates.night time he has snoring.

dusty areas cause a runny nose and cause an eczema flare up
9. when do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
very tricky to say.if cold weather he catches a cold very easily.if hot he sweats and its again a prob.but he is good in india in the cold weather rainy season but it caused asthma attack for first time in india.
10. describe your general mental set up? are you moody, arrogant, mild, agreeable changeable, nervous, suspicious, easily offended, quiet, arguing, irritating, lazy etc.
mild,changeable,all others absolutely no .he is a very good child.obedient but sometimes stubborn but can easily be coaxed,

he is scared with the first thunderstorm,then he gets used to it.

of course he is a child.

he does’nt like high pitched noises.

he loves sweets and eats almost everything given to him.his elder brothers don’t eat some vegs but he is not fussy.he even eats tablets[his medications singulair to be specific without much fuss.]

15. is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
i don’t know

16. is your sweat normal or less or more? where does it sweat more: head, trunk or limbs?
normal.he sweats more in the head.

he sleeps for atleast 10 hrs.no particular posture.
21. what medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

he has been on lots of medications since birth,mostly antibiotics and corticosteroids.antibiotics included amoxillin,cefurexime mostly for runny noses and tonsils.elica cream,lipobase,for eczema,mometasone furoate nasal spray for adenoids,all kinds of anti histamines,budecort and asthalin as inhalers for asthma for on and off 6 months.

22. what major diseases are running in your family?
his elder brothers both and myself, his mother had adenotonsillectomy.1 brother has sinusitis.paternal grandfather has sinusitis.father fathers brother and grandfather have severe migraines.mothers mother and her maternal side have a history of heart problems.

• The skin symptoms are worse in winter, better in summer?
• Yes they are worse in winter but not much better in summer too. its just that the frequency of flare ups in summer is less compared to winter.

2. What color the discharge is? Is it glutinous?
• Light yellow.yes.

3. What time the itching is most?
• Less during day and more during night .he scratches most at night even if I apply moisturizers just before sleep.

4. You said 'he sweats more in the head', could you please mention time when it is most?
• He has a flaky skin on his head.he sweats more in his head during the day. Its like if I give him a head bath in the day by early evening his head smells of sweat. But his body does’nt.

an update here about his condition.he has developed a lot of pustules on his body specially his back and 1 large one on his stomach.this has happened before but only one developed to a abcess.but now almost 7-8 pustules are very large and filled with pus.i have to take him to the doctor as it may develop to abcess.he has already taken dose of antibiotic for his rhinitis and tonsillitis last week,i dont want to put im on antibioics ,im fed up of them,i want a permanent cure for his conditions .he is right now using nasonex to shrink his adenoids along with an anti allergy medicine.thanks.

thanks.ill try to get them as soon as possible.can u tell me what i should do with his pustules.they r total 20 in number mainly on his trunk and not on his arms legs or face.he is also complaining of aching legs.

i would like to thank u first of all for coming forward to help me out.i think its a great job that u r doing and that too for free.jazakallah.i would like to add a few points here which i missed,he is averse to light.he does'nt open his eyes for a long time after he is awake.he also wakes up at night crying suddenly sometimes.he was 3.9kgs at birth and born of ceasarian section 10 days before due date.due to high blood pressure of mother she had a ceasarian.hope this helps.ill need 8-10 days as i said earlier to get this med.ill update u as soon as i get it thanks once again.
