Anyone please help!

I am a 42 year old woman who for the past 4 months have had all of the above but of recent depression.

I have been following traditional chinese medicine and accupunture.......but now the doc wants to have me start prozac.

I am unable to sleep due to bad thoughts plaguing me and making me wake up. I generally wake up having an anxiety attack. I am drinking water like there is no tomorrow. Diahorrea daily.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME IF HOMEOPATHY WORKS.....HOW LONG BEFORE TAKING THEM DO THEY START TO WORK.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Ignatia 200 as follows and see whether you feel better in next few days.

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

You may take Arsenicum Album 200c in the same way if Ignatia 200 doesn't give you any relief.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
